FreeFlow Golf values your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third party companies. All credit card information is routed and stored on secure SSL servers, ensuring a high level of data integrity.

Shipping

Our products will generally ship via FedEx Ground within 48 hours of receiving your order. Swing trainers will usually ship within 24 hours. There may be delays associated with custom club component stocking. In the case of any significant delay we will contact you upon receipt of your order.

FreeFlow Golf Return Policy

FreeFlow Golf strives to provide products of the highest quality and to ensure its customers are completely satisfied with the products purchased from FreeFlow Golf. All products purchased directly from FreeFlow Golf are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of purchase. Repair or replacement of a product is at the sole discretion of FreeFlow Golf.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from FreeFlow Golf (with the exception of custom clubs), you may return your unused product up to 30 days after purchase for a refund, less shipping and handling charges. FreeFlow Golf will not accept returned products unless purchased directly from FreeFlow Golf. If you wish to return a product under the above conditions, simply:

E-mail customer service or call to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Package your product in a secure container with your return address and RMA number written on the outside.
Using FedEx, UPS or the US Post Office ship your package back to:

Upon receipt a credit will be issued to your credit card refunding your original purchase price.
If you receive goods damaged in transit, please contact the shipping agent and address the damages directly with them. They will likely need to inspect the shipping container to honor their insurance claim. Be sure to follow their instructions carefully as we can not honor replacement requests for goods damaged in transit without specific instructions from the shipping agent.

All products are sold FOB Durham, New Hampshire. All items purchased from FreeFlow Golf are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

FreeFlow Golf assumes no liability for personal or property damage claims from the misuse of any product purchased from FreeFlow Golf. The customer assumes liability for any such claims and agrees to indemnify and to hold FreeFlow Golf harmless.
