Using the FreeFlow Weighted Practice Club
The FreeFlow weighted practice club is swung like a standard golf club, just more slowly. Its unique design is perfectly suited for hitting balls, practicing your swing at home or loosening up before play.
From the address position start the club back from the imaginary target line. Your body will coil with your shoulder turn and the uniformly weighted club will naturally track along the proper swing plane. A conscious hesitation at the top of the swing "sets" the club and triggers the lower body to initiate the downswing.

Push off your inside right foot to initiate the downswing. Your body weight will shift from right to left as your hips unwind, or rotate back towards the imaginary target. This action automatically and naturally drops the arms, hands and clubhead into position for a powerful stroke from the inside through the impact zone. The acceleration of the clubhead, aided by the clubs mass and FreeFlow's proprietary "active tip" design will pull you through to a well-balanced and natural finish.
The swing trainer is heavier than a golf club and should be swung at about three-quarters standard swing speed.
Swing the FreeFlow GST 15 - 20 times every day in the comfort of your home or office, or hit balls into a backyard practice net, and you'll quickly see improvements in your ball striking.
With the confidence you'll gain in your full swing you'll need less time working through buckets of balls at the range. Apply this new-found time to short game practice and you'll realize the ultimate FreeFlow Golf advantage - lower scores and more fun!
